I received a treatment from person #32 (I think). They were very kind and gentle, which made me feel calm. The massage was also good. The atmosphere among the staff was pleasant, making the experience very comfortable. I also felt very reassured that there was a woman who could speak Japanese.

It happened to be raining when I visited, so there were hardly any other customers. The receptionist kindly explained the courses to me. A person of the same gender performs the massage. They use a timer and do a thorough job. It was very relaxing.

It felt wonderful. There was a slight delay at the reception, but the person who performed the treatment spoke a little Japanese. The massage technique varied slightly, perhaps depending on the therapist or the stiffness in my body, but I was able to relax. I visited in the early afternoon, and there were constantly customers present. I'd like to try a different plan next time.

The cost performance is good! If you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, I think it's better to find a more expensive place.

Even though I showed the voucher, the female boss seemed to be giving instructions to the masseuse, but either the masseuse made a mistake or she gave me a 70-minute massage instead of 40 minutes. When I tried to leave, I heard the boss yelling... Poor masseuse. I told them in Chinese that I didn't say anything and didn't know what was going on, then I left. This KLOOK experience wasn't very good.

I booked a 50-minute upper body + calf massage, but it actually turned out to be a 40-minute upper body + calf massage plus a 10-minute foot bath. I wish they had mentioned the 10-minute foot bath beforehand!
