Busan Concert Round-Trip Shuttle Bus Service from Busan

Service could be better. There are total 4-5 buses of crowd, but not sufficient support of English speaking staff. Instruction is not clear and a very long uphill walk from pick up point to the bus during return route.

I believe the staff worked incredibly hard, but gathering people for a concert of that scale must have been extremely challenging. It seems there were also police regulations, which made things difficult. Regarding parking and the boarding area for departures, which was over a kilometer away, I think Goyang was better organized in that respect.

The trip there was fine, but the return journey was chaotic with many people and the bus. I wish the flag had been a bit clearer. Nevertheless, I was glad I used the service because I made it home safely.

We were waiting in a crowd for about and hour, everyone was being jostled, everything is unorganized. We were looking for our bus for another half an hour or so, going back and forth down the street following the guide, cause he missed the bus. It was frustrating and tiring.

The return service was terrible. We had to walk a long way outside the stadium to get back onto the bus. The guide leading us walked so fast that a lot of passengers were unable to follow. Then we had to wait on the bus for more than 30 mins for the guide to find those who could not follow. It was very late when we got back to the drop off point.

Booking Number: BRQ633604. I had a reservation for two people. Despite being notified of a last-minute change, the bus didn't arrive on time. I contacted customer service but received no reply, so I had no choice but to forfeit the cost of the outbound trip and take a taxi to the venue. Since I had already paid in advance, I thought I would at least use the return trip. However, because I hadn't used the outbound service, I didn't know what type of bus it was or where the pickup location would be. The thought of trying to find it in such a crowd filled me with anxiety, so I ended up giving up on the return trip as well and took the subway home. I consider it a loss of 10,000 yen, but I would like to know why this happened. It's truly disappointing because I had felt so reassured by the kind and thorough assistance I received when I inquired beforehand about arrangements for the return trip in case the performance ran late.

While the pickup from Busan Station to the Busan Asiad Stadium was acceptable—despite some initial departure delays—the post-concert experience was highly disorganized. We arrived at the designated meeting point early, only to discover it had been changed without any prior notification. Worse still, both the original and new locations were situated on a steep incline. My senior citizen companions were forced to walk all the way downhill and back uphill just to reach the updated spot. We only discovered the new location by asking other tour guides in the area. Hope this can be improved.

This was the worst transport experience I've ever had. The entire arrangement was extremely disorganized. After the concert, the bus was parked so far from the venue that we had to briskly walk uphill for about 15 minutes just to reach it. Our tour lead was rushing ahead, leaving many of us struggling to keep up. What made the situation even more frustrating was that all the rushing was for nothing. Despite arriving at the bus, we ended up being the last of all the transfer buses to leave. If one of the Korean passengers hadn't repeatedly complained to the driver, I'm not convinced we would have departed when we did. We exited the stadium at around 10:30 PM, yet our bus didn't leave until almost midnight. Spending nearly 90 minutes waiting after a long concert was unacceptable. In hindsight, taking a taxi would have been faster, more convenient, and far less stressful.
