• 【Seating Arrangement Instructions】 For carpool tours, seating is generally arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. • 【Booking Information for Specific Groups】This itinerary involves winter snow activities in a special environment. We do not accept bookings from travelers under 18 years old traveling alone; if they wish to participate, at least one adult traveler must accompany them throughout the trip. We do not accept travelers aged 65 (inclusive) or above, pregnant women, or individuals with special conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure. If any of the aforementioned special groups wish to participate, they must inform customer service in the remarks section in advance and sign a waiver agreement. Please be aware of this.
• 【Accident Insurance】This itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your health and capabilities. • [Cancellation and Refund Policy] Limited lighting, limited spots. Please observe the following cancellation and refund rules: More than 8 days before departure: 20% fee required; 7 to 3 days before departure: 50% fee required; 2 days before departure to the day of departure: 100% fee required.
• 【Force Majeure】In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and participants will be notified via email thereafter.
• 【Important Notice Regarding Trip Duration】According to Japanese labor laws, a driver's maximum daily working hours are 10 hours. To ensure driving safety, the arrival and stop times of the trip may be delayed or shortened depending on the traffic conditions, weather, and crowd flow on the day. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
