it’s the best tour in Cancun. the view is wonderful.
This was advertised as a 10-hour all-inclusive experience, but in reality it felt like at most 6 hours, and even that became quite boring. There was no clear itinerary provided in advance, and they didn’t pick us up from the scheduled hotel. After a lot of effort trying to contact customer service, we eventually found out the meeting point had been changed. The snorkeling masks were very disappointing—we tried three different ones, and all of them were broken. They leaked immediately once we got into the water, so we couldn’t do any real snorkeling at all. Overall, the only highlight was the atmosphere on the boat, which was lively and fun. Everything else was quite underwhelming. The beach itself wasn’t really any different from what you can find elsewhere in Cancún. Unless you’re someone who can fully entertain yourself regardless of the activities, I wouldn’t really recommend this tour.
