Shimonoseki - Busan Ferry by PUKUAN Ferry

• Taxes are not included in the package price.
• Please prepare local currency in cash to pay the tax at the time of ticket issuance.

Breakfast is included on the ‘Seongheeho’ ferry. ‘Hamayuu’ ferry does not include breakfast.

Second-class shared cabins are assigned randomly depending on the ferry company. Advance selection is not available.

Important Notes & Booking Information

• This product does not handle any visa-related services for entry or exit to/from South Korea or Japan. The purchaser is solely responsible for all immigration and customs requirements. Please confirm your visa status before booking.
• Please carefully read the booking confirmation and usage instructions that will be sent to you via email.

1. Passport & Visa Requirements

• Your passport must have at least 3 months of validity remaining.
• Please provide your nationality and passport information accurately.
• All foreign nationals must submit complete nationality and passport details.
• Reservations may be rejected if there are issues related to visa extension purposes.

2. Passenger Eligibility

• Pregnant women must provide a doctor’s note (medical certificate).
• Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to make a reservation.

3. Boarding & Room Information

• Detailed boarding information will be sent by email after your booking is confirmed—please check carefully.
• Room assignments, including multi-occupancy rooms, are randomly allocated and cannot be selected or changed. Refunds are not available due to room assignment.
• Each passenger may bring one piece of carry-on luggage (suitcase).
• Total dimensions (W+L+H) must be within 200cm
• Weight must be under 30kg

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If the ferry is canceled due to adverse weather conditions before departure, a full refund will be issued.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to personal concerns about high waves.
• Only the ferry ticket booking is handled. We do not guarantee refunds or cancellations of separately booked services (e.g., hotels, car rentals, tours, passes) in the event of ferry cancellation.
• A cancellation certificate (due to weather or vessel issues) can be issued upon request."
