Reviews
The weather was not good during the day of our tour, but despite that, we still enjoyed the experience. It was quite a long drive from Ubud, about 3 hours. It was raining when we arrived at the parking and didn’t stop for the whole trekking. It may be frustrating for some visitors, but we still enjoyed it and made our trip unforgettable. We first reached Fiji waterfall and Sekumpul waterfall next. Due to the bad weather, the current was quite strong and so we did not have the opportunity to stay long and swim. But both waterfalls were beautiful and breathtaking. We would love to come back again and hopefully in a nicer weather. There was cliff jumping but we skipped that because the current was strong. However, we tried the water slide, which we enjoyed so much. Thanks to Dodi, our chill and fun tourguide. Along the way also is the beautiful Fiji Rice Terraces. After the trek, we were served a simple yet delicious lunch prepared by a local family residing in that area. After the waterfalls, we went to Wiwanda Agro for unlimited strawberry picking. Aside from that, they served us fresh strawberry juice. We skipped Handara Gate because we were so tired. Instead, we went to a local warung for dinner which was recommended by our friendly driver Jhony. We also had few short stopovers along the way. Indeed, North Bali is a very beautiful place. A definite must see and visit when you’re travelling to Bali.
The best experience since our stay. The highest and most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen thanks to our guide Dody who took incredible photos. I highly recommend it. This activity is a must-do.
The main part of the trip is the waterfall tour and it does not disappoint, it’s also nice to try both the natural slide (although safety gear is a must with those rapids and rocks) and jumping into the pool. The waterfalls (Fiji and Sekumpul) are spectacular. The choice of lunch was good and the restaurant owners were very kind. The strawberry farm is a quaint experience, and a nice little extra. The Gate of Heaven allows for some spectacular photos, but you have to wait a while after being given a number in the queue. My waterfall guide Gudi and my driver Jhony were both absolutely fantastic.
best waterfall I have seem, overall experience was just perfect, pick up was before time, the guide was considerate and great
what a wonderful tour, we were picked up by our driver Joni who spoke great English and explained everything we saw along the way. Once we arrived at our first destination we needed to track across the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen with our guide Ari. Overall this is a must experience.
This is the best tour we had so far. We enjoyed it a lot. The local driver Kadek took us to Sekumpul drop off site. Dodi who was our local guide took us to Sekumpul Waterfalls. He took great photos for us too! The falls are amazing and the water is so cold and refreshing. We did the water slide as well and it was such an experience. Thanks a lot for a memorable tour.
Thank you Agung for a wonderful and well curated/tailored tour of the Sekumpul and Fiji waterfall area. Out of all the options available to view the Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls, I feel extremely lucky that I ended up on a tour that was planned with authenticity and social responsibility in mind. My private tour for 2 was led by Bayu, a friendly and attentive village local, who guided us through the neighbouring paddy fields/plantations as well as the waterfalls. Instead of getting the standard package tour, I got a unique off-the-beaten track view of the surrounding area and a small insight into the way life of local villagers, which made the experience that little bit more real for me. I was also able to experience the non-obligatory water slide and cliff jump. The tour ended with a home cooked meal before a motor bike ride back up the meandering hillsides to the pick up point, which was especially fun! If you're looking for a unique all-round experience led by local guides and somet hing more/different to the standard package tours, then look no further! Very enjoyable tour. It took about a two hour drive to reach the waterfall from Seminyak. The guide explained the history of Bali along the way and explained the itinerary in detail. It is recommended for those who like to climb and hike to join this waterfall itinerary. The waterfall water is very clear and cold, and it is the focus of the whole trip. There is also a delicious lunch prepared by the locals after the waterfall. We tried wakeboarding for the first time. Along the way, you can also enjoy nature like rice fields, plants of different tropical forests, etc. The locals are very hospitable. After enjoying lunch, the guide prepared a motorcycle to take us to the meeting point. Last but not least, remember to bring mosquito repellent to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes. 😊
Eddy & Dody were amazing hosts. Eddy picked us up promptly and went through the itinerary for the day. We started with the strawberry farm where we had fresh strawberries and juice then went to the waterfall where we met Dody. He then went through the plans with us and looked after us. The waterfall was amazing and so was the private lunch. There is also a rice terrace there. We then made our to the temple. The whole day was fantastic, I would recommend this tour if you want a scenic day.
Our driver, Alit from Bali-Agung-Tours, was an amazing man, friendly, excellent driver and tour guide...thanks Alit, you made our tour and experience to the waterfall a memorable one, thanks 💙 (www.bali-agung-tours.com) Our tour guide, Adi (from Lemukih Lembu Sari) we had by far the best guide...friendly, helpful, considerate and a lot of fun.
