We had a great experience with Rita during our visit to the Eiffel Tower. Our first tour guide cancelled at the last minute, but she quickly accommodated us and saved our trip. She was very nice, informative, and helpful. She also took a lot of beautiful photos for us. We truly appreciate her effort and will definitely recommend her to our friends and relatives who plan to visit the Eiffel Tower. 😊
Rita was great. she is personable and fun. the tower is fantastic and such an amazing place.

Disappointed by the lack of support from this agency. Their 'wait or do it yourself' approach when issues arise with local tours is unacceptable for a professional service. I would love to see them improve their reliability, but until then, I suggest looking elsewhere 🥲
Operator unable to fulfill obligations and had to cancelled the tour with short notice. strongly recommend not to go with this operator
