• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: 50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours before the activity start time. (Reason: food ingredients and preparation have already started.)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 25 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
