Versailles Palace Half-Day Guided Tour

fantastic, easy to meet up and the headsets made it really easy. Brilliant experience

The tour was pretty good, same guide that we have on Louvre and she was amazing.

The guide Florence speak clear and easy understandable English.

FRAUD. I purchased this and went to the location that was given (the statue of Louise XIV). This location was given in the voucher, on the description, and in an email. It was said to arrive 20 minutes early. I arrived 25 minutes early. Not only was the tour guide not there ( it said there would be someone with a sign), there wasn’t a single person in the square. I looked all around and asked multiple people and no one knew. I am %100 sure I went to the location that was given to me because I checked it a million times before leaving. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but they are lying saying there was a tour guide waiting for me… yet they have not given any proof of that. I don’t know if they are giving the wrong location or if they are just scamming people all together but I would not recommend purchasing this tour. I am very disappointed I was not able to go because this was my last day in Paris and I am not going to have another opportunity to.

The information on here was incorrect, the meeting time and place was wrong so I completely missed out on my tour and when I tried to get out on the next tour with the company representative I managed to find, they accidentally checked me in so even though they told me I could get a refund on Klook or with their company both refused because apparently I was there. A very disappointing and costly experience

there was a lot of tourist. had a hard time listening to the guide.
