The scenic area includes, but is not limited to, the scenic area parking lot, scenic area entrance, visitor center, core tourist area, densely populated areas, and other areas. Without legal approval, all units, organizations, and individuals are prohibited from using "low, slow, and small" aircraft for various sports, entertainment, commercial, surveying, and mapping flight activities, as well as releasing balloons. Please strictly abide by all regulations.
