Very enjoyable trip despite the unfavorable weather. The rope way to Zao mountain was closed due to the weather condition. Ginzan Onsen was very lovely as well.

The one-day shared tour was very convenient, and with a small group, we moved quickly. The driver was very kind and polite, and simple English communication was sufficient. The timing and pace of travel between attractions and free time were managed perfectly!
The driver's manifest had incorrect information. While the phone number and order number were correct, my name was wrong. I suspect the platform provided incorrect details, and it took some time to resolve before I could board the vehicle.
Love the small group ride, very quiet and can fully rest for the activities. Guide is polite and informative.
Our driver, Belik, is a kind person. We got lost in the station, and arrived late, but he patiently waited to make sure everyone is on board. The trip was a little rushing though. The line for Zao ropeway was 3.5 hours on our day, making the time for sightseeing super short! Can't really blame the drive for this, but we wished we could spend more time there. Would rather come back late, rather than waited for 3.5 hours and only saw the view for 15 minutes...
The driver was punctual, the car was clean, the service and driving attitude were excellent. They also spoke English well and proactively got out of the car to help open doors. Even though the trip went over time by an hour, they maintained a good attitude.
