What to expect
Meet your guide at Sagajeong Station exit 4 in Seoul. (Olive subway line 7).
From here, we’ll take you up onto one of Seoul’s best small mountains. The ascent trail is equipped with wooden stairs and numerous benches so the terrain is beginner friendly and allows for regular rest stops. At the top we follow a relatively flat ridge line which gives continuous views of the Han River and some of its most iconic bridges (Olympic Ridge, Guri Amsa Bridge and Godeok Topyeong Bridge). We will also see the remains of the old Achasan Fortress.
At the end of Achasan's ridge, we will stop at a night lit pavilion which looks across to the World Tower from atop a rocky crag.
The final optional leg crosses Gwangjin Bridge into Cheonho neighborhood, where lots of reastaurants can be found.
