This is one of the few cooking classes near Bang Tao Beach (most are in Patong or elsewhere). I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a market experience when booking, but it turned out to be really good. They showed me the herbs they grow in the large garden (?) and picked them right away to put in the ingredients. They explained everything in detail, from the prepared ingredients to why this sauce is added now during the cooking process and why it should be poured around the edge of the food, which was perfect for me as a cooking beginner. The main chef and the assistants were all friendly and carefully tailored the class to my needs. Even the props for decoration (for photos) were pretty. Thanks to their help, even I, with my clumsy hands, was able to make something delicious. Highly recommended.
I had an absolutely fabulous experience at this cooking class! The dishes we prepared were delicious and inspiring, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best cooking class in Phuket – Naidee is a gem! I took a cooking class with Naidee and it was fantastic from start to finish. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and clearly loves what she does. We learned to make Pad Thai, green curry, tom yum, and mango sticky rice – and everything turned out delicious! Beyond the recipes, I learned so much about Thai culture and ingredients. The place was incredibly well organized, and Naidee had absolutely everything we needed (and more). I felt completely comfortable the whole time – like cooking with a friend who really knows her stuff. Honestly, I would do this class again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend booking with Naidee if you're in Phuket!
