Enjoy contrast therapy (wood-fired saunas, cold plunge ~10°C, pool & sunbeds), professional massages and PEMF & infrared crystal meditations — helping your body relax, recharge and recover on a deeper level
Move between heat, cold and rest throughout the day, and in the evenings experience our signature steam rituals with herbs, breathwork and guided meditation (5–8 PM, except Tuesdays)

I wish the price was a little cheaper. There were no classes at all on this day, boohoo. Please check before you go. Personally, I think the bathhouse in Korea is better. ^^
