- Please be mindful not to feed the marine animals, walk on corals, or engage in any activity that may damage the marine ecosystem
- If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time
- Swimming skill is not required to participate as the operator provides high-standard safety equipment and experienced instructors to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 20 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- Children aged 4-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Participants aged 4-11 are considered children, based on their official ID
- Seniors aged 65+ should present a medical certificate before participating
- This activity requires a minimum of 20 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
