Booked this at the last minute but no issues redeeming the voucher. The massage therapists were great and we enjoyed our massages!

The hotel downstairs is very convenient. Massage therapist: Technique is average. Environment: Not very high-end, but there are private rooms. Service: My friend who came with me had surgery on their right foot 3 months ago, but as long as you communicate clearly, it should be fine.

Masseuse: Attentive, pressure was just right. Convenient to go back to the room after the massage.

5 stars are for the front desk manager and masseuse on Feb 19 2026 at 20:30, because: I like light pressure massages, and the masseuse accommodated my request. At other places, they always say in Thai at the beginning that it will be light pressure, but in the end, it always turns back to strong pressure, and it still hurts the next day! Also, I want to let everyone know that I booked (Hot Stone Essential Oil Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage 60 minutes), but it turned out to be (Herbal Ball) when I went there. If you want to book a hot stone massage, think carefully.
