Cebu City Half-Day Tour with Hillyland

great tour guide, frost, and driver, manong tapeng who kept us entertained and safe the entire trip. very informative of the history of cebu. tour started at 8am and ended at 4pm, but there was no given lunch break in between. we were able to buy only drinks to quench our thirst due to the summer heat. my only suggestion would be to give a snack or meal break, surely 30mins to 1hr is enough, especially for those who are sensitive to hunger. would recommend for buyers to start the tour at 8am instead of the 1pm option to consider delays like traffic and travel time, cr breaks and pasalubong stops. this is not really a half day tour but a whole day one since we were dropped off at a restaurant for our late late lunch and had to book grab ourselves back to accommodation, but because of the time extension, the value for money is really great. happy to meet a good foreign tourist companion as well. only 3 of us were in the tour so we were not so pressed for time. sulit!

This tour not only sightseeing but let us know more about history and culture about Philippine, because tour guide Ellen is very knowledgeable , humorous and great passionate, she was welling to taking the pictures for us in any time.

Our DOT-accredited tour guide Tyler was very helpful and willingly shared his deep historical knowledge about the places we visited. This is a very highly recommended, enjoyable and educational tour in one. Transfers were great from and to the hotel too.

I recently joined a half-day city tour in Cebu City, and it was an excellent experience. The tour was well-organized and covered several must-see landmarks, including the historic Magellan’s Cross, the beautiful Basilica del Santo Niño, and the impressive Fort San Pedro. Frost, our very wonderful guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared fascinating stories about Cebu’s rich history and culture. The tour also included a stop at the Taoist Temple, which offered stunning views of the city, and a visit to the Sirao Garden and the Temple of Leah. The transportation was comfortable, and the itinerary was perfectly paced but the traffic was bad hence it took us more than half day. Overall, the half-day city tour gave me a great overview of Cebu’s heritage and highlights. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone with limited time who wants to make the most of their visit to Cebu City. Highly recommended!

Our guide, Froster, was very knowledgeable, sharing many historical stories behind the attractions along the way. His explanations were vivid and engaging, making the entire trip more enriching. The guide was also very attentive, constantly checking on the needs and well-being of the group members, ensuring everyone had a comfortable and pleasant travel experience. Furthermore, he was very happy to help with taking photos, allowing me to create wonderful travel memories. Overall, this was an educational and fun trip, highly recommended for first-time visitors to Cebu who want to learn about its history, culture, and famous attractions in a short period.

OMG! this is the best tour I have had booked in Klook. reason being we have th best guide, Oliver. He is so cute and loud and funny. Always says I am half Filipino, half Filipina, that's why I am Filipino. love love love!!
