Ibaraki Chikusei Fireworks Festival Day Tour | Shinjuku/Tokyo Departure | Limited Viewing on October 17th

Please understand that the itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to traffic control during the fireworks festival. Guests without fireworks festival tickets can watch from the free viewing areas. If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified by email 4 days prior to departure. In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made regarding the tour’s departure by 18:00 (local time) on the day before departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed). The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays. Our company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors that prevent participation in the tour or result in poor photo quality of scenery. Thank you for your understanding. Please be aware that the itinerary or duration of visits to each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. Please inform those concerned. No refunds will be given if passengers abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot accommodate transfers to other departures or mid-tour participation, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding. This tour only provides guidance in Chinese or Japanese. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order. Arrangements will be made depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed. If no request is made, a Chinese-speaking guide will be assigned by default. Thank you for your understanding. Children aged 3 and under who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note must be made. Type of vehicle used: Vehicle dispatch depends on the number of people. For tours with small groups, a driver will be arranged to also serve as tour staff to provide full tour service throughout the trip, without a separate tour leader. Thank you for your understanding. Due to the large crowds during the fireworks season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. We recommend bringing your own snacks. After the tour departs, if the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual expenses incurred. However, return transportation costs or local accommodation costs incurred will be borne by the traveler. Day tours do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not liable for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
