AMAZING value! Once in a life time type experience! Every activity was more than worth it! Know that you can add on things once you get there and just pay them there too! Even though the tour guide spoke in Chinese, Google translate made it able to listen to instructions and be at the right place and right time! Tour guide was so kind too! Only things was that we couldn’t find the pick up spot and had to go to the next one but the language barrier made it hard. Would suggest pick up at Yuexiu Park Metro Station Exit C over other one because you can put directly into google maps to find the spot. Also have WeChat and Alipay set up for payment and communication!

Guide after boarding didn't explain what is happening, had unscheduled stops, even after messaging at times doesn't reply for an hour. But it was safe to travel and all activities I paid for was completed.

  • Before 21:00 on the day before the tour, our agency will send a text message to notify tourists of the name, mobile phone number, and boarding location of the accompanying guide. Please keep your phone accessible.
  • Rafting age and height restrictions: Children under 1.2 meters, women over 55 years old, and men over 60 years old are not allowed to participate in rafting.
  • Tourists carrying infants, seniors over 70 years old (including 70 years old), those suffering from mental illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, and those who are intoxicated or otherwise unsuitable for touring are prohibited from visiting the bridge and platform.
  • It is strictly forbidden to carry sharp objects, blunt instruments, cameras, drones, flammable, explosive, and other dangerous items onto the bridge and platform: except for small personal bags (wallets, handbags, waist bags) and mobile phones, large luggage is not allowed to be carried.
  • Barefoot, wearing high heels, holding walking sticks, using wheelchairs, and wearing metal-studded shoes are not allowed on the bridge and platform. To ensure the sightseeing experience and protect the smooth glass surface of the bridge and platform, please put on the special shoe covers provided for you first.
  • Please follow the staff's instructions to go up and down the bridge and platform in an orderly manner. Do not push, scramble, fight, chase, jump, or throw objects. Do not play with water or lean on the railings on the bridge and platform to prevent tilting and accidents.
