Everything was underwhelming. 1)snorkelling equipment wasn’t properly fitted, fins are way too loose; 2)lunch was not ready during allocated lunch time; 3) although I understand the weather and all could affect meeting mantas, however, if without manta, I could not justify paying so much just to visit nusa penida, wish we could have a partial refund option for not being able to snorkel with mantas. 4) everything feels very rushed.
