Our experience service is designed exclusively for each guest, requiring a private space and a dedicated preparation process. Once a reservation is confirmed, the time slot and our professional staff are assigned solely to you.
To provide flexibility, we offer a 72-hour cancellation policy. However, due to the nature of our hair and makeup services, it is often difficult to reassign the reserved time to another guest when cancellations are made close to the appointment date.
We kindly ask that you make your reservation thoughtfully, taking your schedule into consideration, and request cancellations or changes only when unavoidable. This allows us to ensure fairness for all guests who wish to book with us and to make the best use of the time and effort we dedicate to each client.

We came from Japan to take photos in a hanbok for my daughter's coming-of-age ceremony, as she loves Korea. First, both of the female hair and makeup staff were incredibly friendly and patiently explained everything to us, even though our Korean isn't very good.
