DAMDA Private Korean Bath & Body Scrub Experience | Hongdae Seoul

I recently visited Damda with a friend who was trying a Korean body scrub for the first time, and we both had an amazing experience. We booked the 120-minute special package. From start to finish, everything felt incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The facility itself was clean, tranquil, and well-maintained, which made it easy to unwind. After the treatment, they provided Round Lab and AESTURA skincare products, along with a Dyson hairdryer—such a thoughtful touch that really elevated the experience. The results were honestly impressive—our skin felt unbelievably soft, like “baby soft,” and that feeling lasted for days. My friend is now completely hooked on Korean body scrubs, and I can see why. We both left feeling refreshed, glowing, and deeply relaxed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a soothing, high-quality spa experience with long-lasting results. If I lived in Seoul, I’d be going regularly!

I had some difficulty finding the place at first, as the shop is located inside a building. Nevertheless, I was warmly welcomed by friendly staff who could communicate in simple English. The lady who gave me the massage was very kind and attentive, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Because of the dry weather, I had a small cut on my left finger, and she was very careful during the scrub to avoid touching the wound. I also loved the hot tea that was provided—it was a lovely and relaxing touch to the whole experience. Overall, it was a great experience—I would definitely come back again! Thankyou so much!!❤️

My first time ever doing a full body scrub and it was great! Especially for the price. It’s not too difficult to find, they have signs telling you what floor to go to. You’ll have to ring the bell in order to be let into the building. Once you’re escorted into the room, they’ll tell u to sit in the tub for about 15 mins. Then they’ll come in and start. I did the 90 min Damda, and it was plenty of time. the facial is just some warm towels and what seemed like a pre packed face mask. I was hoping for more but it was fine. After you’re done you can freshen up and use thier powder room with blowdryers and brushes. For my first time it was great and I will definitely come back!

I had some free time during my trip, so I booked a same-day appointment! I had read the reviews about how to enter the building and use the auto-lock, so I was able to get in more smoothly than I expected 😊. The private room was very relaxing, and my skin felt moisturized and smooth 😆. The staff apologized for the absence of Japanese-speaking staff, but they were very polite and helpful, and I felt comfortable receiving the service! I would definitely like to come back!!!

this is the best Korean body scrub I had so far. the atmosphere of the place is great and l love the individual privacy. the place is also extremely clean. I will definitely recommend and come back to this place next time I visit Seoul.

what a great experience. my first time with a Korean scrub and at first I was nervous and then I relaxed. I would highly recommend especially since I was able to get this done right after my 13 hour flight from the states. I got the special 120 min.

The location was easy to find. The space was spotless and inviting. Before starting, you will be asked what pressure you prefer. I really enjoyed the entire experience and would totally do it again! Glad that I chose Damda because they did not disappoint.

Such a beautiful atmosphere! Staff were so helpful at getting me in as I booked in really late the night before! This was my first Korean Body Scrub so I wanted to get it in before I left Korea and I was so happy I got to go. It was so different but so nice! The scrub and massage the facial were perfect ! I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Korea and booking in for a longer session !! Also sooo worth the money !! Definitely recommend this place
