My family and I enjoyed the tour very much! the sights were beautiful and our tour guide, Raymond, was extremely knowledgeable and caring. He knew the whole tour route very well and was able to navigate expertly. The only thing we felt was that there could have been a little more time given to explore each part of the tour. Otherwise everything was great. We are glad that we embarked on this tour to view the Top of Europe :)

Tour Guide: Professional, humorous, responsible, and provided tips on the best spots for photos and videos. Train: We were arranged in the first car, which was excellent for taking photos and capturing memories. Scenery: Nothing to complain about. Itinerary: The timing was very well organized, and we even arrived back in Zurich early.

Upon arriving at the meeting point on the day of the tour, I was informed that the tour was canceled due to an insufficient number of participants. I was told that I had been contacted the day before, but the only communication I received was an email in my spam folder; there was no phone call. As a result, I was unable to go to Jungfraujoch, and I did not receive a refund.
