Book tickets very conveniently! You can get a good seat by looking at the time on the bus route with Google Maps and going about 20 minutes in advance.

On returning back to England I informed klook of this what had happened and I did raise a dispute with them inregards to the ticket that I had purchased. klook was not able to return the money or cancel the booking. But they did offer me cash to be returned to my klook account. But they offered me 0.23. I had paid £12 for a return ticket from klook from ciampino airport to Rome Trumini. We ended up have to pay in total 45.07 for bus coach transfer tickets which klook did not refund us back for they only wanted to refund us back for the coach ticket that we had booked with them that we did not get to use. I would not advise anyone to book this coach with klook to ciampino airport at all. As you will end up paying more money for another coach and klook will not refund you back the money that you had to spend. Below is the tickets that we had to purchase on the 01st June and again on the 06th June 2025.

We had booked the voucher for the bus from ciampino airport to rome Termini. We arrived only to be told that the bus had left and that it doesn’t run very frequently and that the next one would not be available until 14:00 we had arrived at 09:45 so we would have a four hour wait to get the bus to take us to Rome Termini. We had to pay 18 euro for two people which was very expensive and it was just a single ticket. We were leaving Rome on the 06th June 2025. So we decided to go to the tourist information centre to find out where the pick up point for the coach. The travel agent informed us that they never heard of the coach before and that we would need to contact klook. We ended up having to pay another 18 euro from Rome termini back to ciampino airport. On the ticket it said 18 euros but the travel agent charged us 20 euros. So we went back to ask why we been charged 20 we was told that this was because we had brought the tickets from the travel agent which had cost us more.

When booking, there was a mistake with the name of the Rome airport (Ciampino was selected instead of Fiumicino) and on the klook website it is impossible to cancel the booking even 72 hours in advance. The tickets for 4 people there and back were not used and it was not possible to return the money.

It turns out that this airport bus company only has 4 return buses every day. I didn’t realize it for a while, thinking that there was at least one bus every hour. So I hurriedly changed to another airport bus, Terravision, and almost missed my flight. Terravision is a company that There are 2 buses every hour every day, which is a very normal frequency. I have lost fares for 3 people and cannot return them. I will not choose this company in the future, nor will I recommend it to my friends
