It was great to see everything from the beginning of Gaudí's architecture to the remodeling (Casa Batlló) and the large-scale apartment building (Casa Milà). Inside each building, there were exhibitions on Gaudí's architecture and the history and background of Barcelona at the time, which helped me understand the architecture better. In particular, the top floor of Casa Milà had explanations of architectural techniques and detailed reproduction models (skeleton design process) that allowed me to confirm Gaudí's genius. Batlló felt like entering an imaginary world, and the rooftop of Milà reminded me of a virtual small mountain range. Batlló had a strong exotic feel, and I liked the iron gate decorated with leaf designs, so I bought an iron gate print t-shirt at the souvenir shop. When you enter, you get a discount coupon that you can use at the souvenir shop and cafeteria, so I was able to get a 3 euro discount. And at Milà and Vicens, I was able to see furniture designed by Gaudí himself.
