• ❄️ Warm Clothing:
• Layering: The temperature difference between indoors and outdoors can reach 40 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to layer clothing with "quick-drying underwear + sweater + down jacket." Choose a long, windproof outer layer so you won't be too bulky when you take off your coat indoors. Wear "thermal pants + down pants" for your lower body, which is lighter and warmer than wearing multiple layers.
• Protection of Key Areas: Must-have items include a Lei Feng hat with earmuffs, touchscreen ski gloves (so your hands don't freeze when using your phone), and an Australian fleece mask (windproof and breathable). Those with nearsightedness should prioritize wearing contact lenses to avoid fogging up glasses with the mask.
