Sydney Wollongong, Kiama & Gerringong Full-Day Korean Guided Tour

Highly recommend for a 5-star day trip! Never rushed during the trip, just chill and relax. Especially our guide, "Jun," who provided a full introduction for the entire tour and shared his expertise without being overwhelming or boring. The Tasman Drive must be the best viewpoint in Australia. Also, Bald Hill Lookout, Blow Hole, and the Seacliff Bridge trekking must be included in this tour! You definitely won't be disappointed. This is a highly recommended, essential trip that gathers only the best viewpoints! It's an easy and relaxing one-day trip that's enjoyable without any hassle. Using ZigZag Tours is much more comfortable and convenient than renting a car!

We had a wonderful day exploring Kiama, Gerringong and Wollongong. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, especially the stunning coastal views and natural landscapes. The tour was well organised, enjoyable and relaxing, and we got to see some lovely places along the way. Subcha took some our photos which turned out to be very lovely. I took my in-laws on the Zigzag Wollongong tour, and it truly exceeded our expectations. More than anything, thanks to our guide Jaden, it wasn't just a sightseeing trip but an opportunity to understand and enjoy Australia on a deeper level. In the morning, we visited Bald Hill Lookout and Sea Cliff Bridge. The panoramic views of the ocean and cliffs were far more magnificent than what I had seen in pictures, and Jaden's explanations of each location's unique features made our visit even more meaningful. In the afternoon, we visited Zigzag Tour's secret spot and the Kiama Blowhole. The secret spot was uncrowded, allowing us to leisurely enjoy the scenery. It was wonderful to witness the spectacular natural phenomenon at the Kiama Blowhole. Even during travel time, Jaden kept the atmosphere lively with his humorous stories and shared interesting facts about Australian history and culture, making the journey completely engaging. It wasn't just about visiting attractions; it was a time of learning and laughter throughout the trip. What impressed me most was that he even created a video to help us preserve our memories. Thanks to this, our trip wasn't just something we saw and then forgot; it became a cherished memory we can keep for a long time. I was especially grateful to feel his genuine care for each and every traveler. It seemed to happen because he was prioritizing finding the best and most convenient spots for us to explore and take photos, which touched my heart. We knew the tour was conducted in Korean but we still enjoy ourselves. Our guide/driver Jayden speak fluent English so it was not a problem. He was informative and help us take so many photos. Wollongong, Gerringong & kiama was a break from Sydney CBD. The views was so beautiful especially in Gerringong. Beautiful beach & waves for surfing. Sunny weather add to the enjoyment. Although the weather wasn't great today, I had a wonderful day thanks to our guide, Joon. I was traveling alone, and the guide diligently took many photos for me. The departure time was a bit early, but after an hour of driving, there was a cafe at our first sightseeing spot, so it was fine even though I hadn't had breakfast. The recommended lunch spot, The Hill Bar & Kitchen, was also excellent. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose Zigzag Tour again.

This was the only tour we chose for our honeymoon in Sydney, which we planned ourselves! The tour with Guide Jaden was truly a choice we didn't regret. He provided interesting and friendly explanations about Sydney and the tour locations during our travels, so there was never a dull moment, and the tour itinerary was incredibly rich. Every single location was beautiful and captivating, offering a charm you can't find in the city. At each spot, he explained the best parts and recommended nearby places to visit, even taking us to locations not originally on the itinerary. This was a tour I carefully considered and chose, and honestly, I initially picked it for one specific 'secret' spot, but the actual tour had an itinerary where every single part was worthwhile. During the tour, the guide also took photos for us and even shared information about great restaurants and souvenir shops in the city, making me wish I had joined the tour sooner! It's a tour I'd love to do again with my parents someday. If you're coming to Sydney, I highly recommend investing just one day to join a tour with Guide Jaden!

Jayden was truly an amazing driver and tour guide. He gave us plenty of time to take photos and even took some great pictures for us himself. During the trip, he shared Australian history and organized fun Q&A activities. His joy and free spirit were infectious, making this a very enjoyable and meaningful journey. We saw many beautiful sights, but the pace was never rushed. Chinese friends don't need to worry about language barriers at all, as Jayden speaks basic Chinese and English. He can connect with Chinese friends on WeChat for communication, and he'll send messages in English, not Korean! So, there's absolutely no need to worry. You can use translation software for the informational parts, and it translates very accurately. The ride in the car wasn't bumpy at all, and none of us experienced motion sickness. All in all, it was a fantastic trip, and our guide was truly excellent. I highly recommend everyone experience it! ❤️

Although it was primarily a Korean tour, the guide went out of his way to accommodate me and communicated very clearly in English, which I really appreciated. The ride was very comfortable, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The guide gave clear instructions throughout the trip and made the experience enjoyable with his friendly and fun personality. He also kindly took photos and videos for me, which made the tour even more memorable. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable about all the tourist spots we visited, adding helpful insights along the way.
