Seoul Eobi Ice Valley & Nami Island Winter Day Tour

The trip was a wonderful experience undoubtedly. All the schedules took place on time under Ruby’s control. Also, the tour guide was so kind, able to switch English and Chinese introductions fluently. Our tour guide, Ruby was truly awesome. very patient and knowledgeble. The itinary was just perfect. Trial of hanbok experience with indoor decoration is really good. Gimbap making experience was a little bit rushy by the staff there.

We went on the day tour to NAMI island and eobi valley by bus. Our guide and driver Sean was very friendly and helpful explaining everything clearly. It made for an enjoyable day. We would certainly recommend his tour without hesitation to anyone who is interested in visiting NAMI Island.

It was such an eventful day trip with Ruby, who guided us all the way to Eobi Ice Valley, the Strawberry 🍓 Farm, Nami Island and last was the seaweed and gembap. She explained everything so clearly, and her pronunciation was fluent and easy for us to understand. I was truly impressed. Throughout the journey, she was extremely thoughtful and helpful, always understanding how important it is for customers to fully enjoy their time. We even shared a small personal connection along the way. Ruby went above and beyond by recommending popular restaurants in Seoul and sharing valuable information about skincare products at Olive Young, especially since she is an ex-colleague from the company.
