How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. Michelle was our guide for the day, she was friendly, and able to give us a lot of information in each spot, and also helped us take group photos. In Biei its already past the peak of autumn, but its still beautiful.
Our driver Xiao Zhao was friendly and tried his best to communicate in english. But I noticed that he chose the route with no toll so our travel time added 20-30mins compared to the one that has toll. In the end 10hrs was not enough for the entire trip so we paid 10k yen for extension of 1.5hrs.

Mr. Jeon is kind, chatty, and provides excellent service. He speaks Chinese and even accompanied us to leave our luggage with the hotel staff. I believe he would also help convey any communication issues regarding luggage storage. The chartered car first went to the hotel where we'll be staying the day after tomorrow to drop off our luggage, then to Mitsui Outlet Park/Lake Shikotsu, and finally arrived at the Lake Toya hotel. It was very convenient and comfortable.
I met someone who suggested great alternatives to my incorrect course selection, provided safe driving, and offered various forms of care. I am very grateful. I wanted to offer a service tip for lunch and at the time of parting, but I was disappointed by their firm refusal, which showed a professional demeanor.
