What to expect
Moraine Lake is no longer accessible by public vehicles, and shuttle service is the best way to visit both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise comfortably. Enjoy a round-trip ride with scenic views and easy access to two of the Canadian Rockies’ most stunning lakes. Passengers who wish to customize their travel times instead of following the fixed schedule are encouraged to make arrangements in advance—most requests can be accommodated. Long-range ticket holders (from or to Banff) may board from any stop after the initial booked transfer if seats are available. Short-range tickets cover travel within the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise area and may also be used for additional transfers in the area, depending on seat availability
Travel by coach for approximately 30 minutes, passing by Castle Mountain, before arriving at Moraine Lake, where you'll have 1 hour and 20 minutes to admire its stunning turquoise waters. Continue with a 25-minute coach ride to Lake Louise, where you'll enjoy another 1 hour and 20 minutes exploring the iconic glacial lake and its breathtaking milky-blue waters. After your visit, relax on the 1-hour coach journey back.

Loved that we were free to explore as we wanted at the locations. Fun facts during the drive were actually really fun. Guide was available for questions and was so fun. Punctual and organized. The water bottle they provided was a nice touch especially as it was sunny the day we went.

Our tour guide, Frank, was amazing! He showed us all the best spots around Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience unforgettable eventhough it was raining. We really enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend Frank to anyone visiting the area!

Everyone was asked to arrive at the shuttle pickup point early, presumably to ensure a timely departure. However, the entire bus ended up waiting for a group of guests who were 20 minutes late, which should not have happened!
brought it last minute as cannot get the time from park shuttle. i would recommend to use this service rather than wasting time to book from the park shuttle as in general. also impossible to get it or later noon that may affecting all other plan
It would be better for them to write down the company name and further more instructions for the traveller. The driver was a bit late, he came around 2:15 PM, whicg the tour supposedly said that we will leave by 2:00PM. I kept on calling the office as there are no instructions for us if which bus should we take and how would we know if it is the bus that we will be riding. But overall trip was okay, Mr young our bus driver gave tips on which area should we go to for us to have a nice photo.
