Activation procedure
- To start the device, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds until the device screen lights up.
- A flashing green light indicates the device is ready.
- When not in use, please turn off the device. Please long-press the power button (Power) for 2-3 seconds until the screen goes dark.
Pick-up information
- Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the device
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
- No deposit is required when collecting equipment; only credit card information is needed. If the equipment is lost or damaged, a compensation fee will be charged to the card. Please fill out the credit card information form at the collection counter.
Drop-off/return Information
- Late returns will incur late fees. Please pay for the additional rental days.
- Please return the device to the 24-hour drop-off box at the Youke Bang counter at Taoyuan International Airport / Kaohsiung International Airport.
- Due to adjustments in business operations, the Songshan Airport service counter will no longer provide "device return box service" starting today.
How to return during business hours:
- Please return the equipment to the counter for staff signature.
How to return outside business hours:
- Please bear the shipping cost yourself and return the device to a convenience store [7-Eleven; FamilyMart; Hi-Life]. It must be shipped on the day of return or by 17:00 the following day.

It's at the back of Taoyuan Airport, over there at the pick-up hall! I originally walked around the registration hall twice but couldn't find it. I finally found it at the departure pick-up hall. The service staff came to work on time at 0430 in the early morning of September 23. After a little preparation, they started to contact us.
