• The visit to Sakatsura Isosaki Shrine may be skipped depending on traffic conditions on the day.
• The fruit-picking and all-you-can-eat experience is subject to growing conditions. Typically, pear picking is available until early October, persimmon picking from mid-October, and all-you-can-eat chestnut gathering from mid- to late October. Details will be confirmed on the day, and depending on the weather and crop conditions, the experience may be replaced with pre-picked fruit for all-you-can-eat tasting or fruit provided as a souvenir.
• The time spent at each stop may be shortened depending on traffic conditions on the day.
• Please note that the return time may be delayed by approximately 1 hour on Saturdays and Sundays, and approximately 2 hours during public holiday periods.
• The schedule is subject to change due to transportation, traffic, and other conditions, and arrival at the final drop-off point may be delayed.
• Due to weather, congestion, or other circumstances, the time spent at certain facilities may be shortened or a visit may be canceled. The order of visits may also vary depending on the assigned bus.
• Depending on growing conditions, the fruit-picking experience may be replaced with an all-you-can-eat serving of pre-picked fruit.
• The child fare applies to children aged 4 through elementary school age. Children under 4 may join free of charge. Please note that no seat, admission fee, or souvenir is included. Additional fees may apply for certain facilities or services even for children aged 3 and under, payable on site.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
