Other Reminders
- Vehicle type used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an attendant will be arranged to provide full travel services, without an additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a No-show and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
- When feeding seagulls from a sightseeing boat, if you spot an eagle, please stop feeding immediately and put away the feed in your hand. When feeding, please keep the feed as far away from your face as possible to avoid being pecked by the eagle.
- If attractions on the itinerary are temporarily closed, the on-site tour guide will adjust the itinerary according to the situation.
- The Amanohashidate Funicular and single-person chairlift may be temporarily suspended due to weather or maintenance. On the day of your visit, you may choose to ride one depending on the situation. If both are suspended, the funicular fee will be refunded, and the activity will be changed to a stroll around Amanohashidate. Please be aware of this.
- Meals, sightseeing boats, cable cars, and other self-paid items are not included for infants and toddlers under 3 years old. One adult can only bring one child under 3 years old to ride the cable car for free. Children aged 3-5 will be provided with a children's meal, and children aged 6 and above will receive the same meal as adults (if you wish to change to a children's meal, please inform us 2 days before departure; changes cannot be made on the day of departure, we apologize for any inconvenience).
- We may use a small car on that day, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If necessary, please inform us in advance for confirmation.
- The planned itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions on the day, local activities, restaurant reservations, changes in attraction facility operating hours, etc. We appreciate your understanding.
- Bus seats are one per person. We cannot accept advance seat assignments. Depending on the number of registrations on the day, there is a possibility that bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other travelers in the same group. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Meal-free plan] There are fewer restaurants and shops around Amanohashidate. It is recommended to prepare light meals before departure to avoid spending too much time searching for restaurants on site.
- For travelers who booked a room-only plan and wish to add a lunch plan on-site, the price will be based on the notice displayed at the establishment.
- For travelers purchasing without meals or tickets, please directly book the adult plan if you are 3 years old or older.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 1 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
