• This product includes the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway as a complimentary item. Please understand that if the ropeway is out of service, the fee will not be refunded or changed.
• If the Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko Ropeway is suspended due to large-scale renovations scheduled from December 7th to December 18th, we will switch to taking the Tenjo-san Park Kachi Kachi Yama Ropeway. If both are suspended, we will change to a stroll in Kawaguchiko Oishi Park.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
