Erb Spa Experience at Central World Bangkok

Incorporating gua sha into facial is pure magic. My esthetician was very skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The spa aesthetic is beautifully designed with the rich turquoise color and accentuated by lots of curved lines, creating a lovely calming atmosphere.

The staff is lovely, both the front desk and massage therapists. I felt so much less tense after the massage, and lighter. I personally love the lavender oil; the scent on my skin and during the massage was so relaxing.

In the department store, it's convenient to have a treatment, eat, and shop. The massage rooms are simple, without showers. The massage therapists are skilled and consistent. The air conditioning is extremely cold, and there are no warm devices like electric blankets. On-site purchases of additional treatments will receive a discount.

Environment: The location is very convenient. The decoration is new and clean, but the store is quite small. Masseuse: The skills are excellent, but the price is a bit expensive, so the cost performance is not high.

Booked about 3 days in advance, but never received confirmation. Checked the app 3 times and received no response. Had to go directly to the store after arrival to inquire. The receptionist said they hadn't received the booking, but after checking, they said they had. After asking further, they said they had replied to the email, confirming the booking arrangements. Just...speechless. Overall, the service is of a high standard. If it weren't for the receptionist's contradictory statements, this store would be worth visiting again.
