Special Note: Due to the unique nature of the fireworks event, the vehicle will return to downtown Tokyo late, and due to the long travel time, there may be no public transportation available at that time. Please be aware of this. Thank you.

• [Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Tourists] If the registrant is an elder aged 70 or above, or a pregnant woman, to ensure your safety and rights, a waiver must be signed. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" field when placing your order, and we will send the agreement document via email after receiving the order. Please sign and send back a photo in advance to complete the registration process.
• [Luggage Policy] Each tourist can bring 1 piece of luggage free of charge (carry-on size recommended). Please specify this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. If luggage is brought temporarily without notifying us one day in advance, it may cause overcrowding in the vehicle and affect safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
• [Notice for Infants Traveling] If there are infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat among the accompanying passengers, please also be sure to make a note when booking. Even if they do not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle's approved passenger count. If not informed in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding.
• [Notification Time and Method] We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, informing you of the tour guide and vehicle information. The email may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check carefully. In case of peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, and the last email received will prevail.
• [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a shared car trip, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be waited for or refunded, and you will be responsible for any resulting liabilities and costs. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle Type and Language of Companions] We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people on the day, and you cannot specify the vehicle type. You may travel with guests who speak other languages during the trip. Please be aware of this.
• [Seasonal Activity Instructions] Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snowscapes, illuminations, and festive events are susceptible to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will proceed as scheduled. If the flowering period or scenery is not as expected, no refunds will be given. Please be aware of this.
• [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During peak tourist season or in special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be advanced or delayed. The specific time will be based on the email notification sent the day before. Please prepare in advance.
• [Seating Arrangement Instructions] For shared car trips, seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please make a note when booking, and we will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement will be subject to the tour guide's on-site discretion.
• [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan's strict control over the operating hours of commercial vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and stopover times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation on the day. In case of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will consult with the majority and reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• [No Mid-Trip Departure Instructions] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or depart without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refund will be given. Any risks or liabilities arising from leaving the group will be borne by the individual.
• [End Time for Reference Only] Due to the long travel time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. Our company will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
