Turkish Bath, Massage, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam/Transfer - Hurghada

The best highlight of the tour. Never ever leave hurgada without going here. Everything is good, from pick up, spa and massage. Especial mention to 2 ladies who done our massage Ahmar and Soso. They were very good.

The reviews on Google and Klook were great before, but on the day I went, it was a complete scam. Absolutely do not go! It clearly stated that the service would run from 11 AM to 1 PM, but my hotel pickup was at 11 AM, and by the time I arrived at the shop and entered the changing room, it was 11:50 AM. After a 15-minute sauna, 10-minute jacuzzi, and 15-minute Turkish bath, all treatments were finished in just 40 minutes. When I asked why it ended in 40 minutes when the Klook page stated it was a 2-hour service, the staff kept insisting it was a 1-hour service. When I showed them the Klook page in Korean, the staff member claimed not to understand Chinese, which felt like racial discrimination. Eventually, they offered a complimentary massage, but I refused and said I just wanted to shower. However, as soon as I entered the shower stall, they kept opening the door and asking if I needed any additional help. I was naked at the time, and women were walking by in the hallway next to the shower stall, which was incredibly humiliating. As proof, I submitted screenshots to customer service showing the time stamps of photos taken just before and after the service, and I plan to submit an audio recording of the situation as well.

Not worth it. don’t get scam guys. i am writing this for everyone and doing you a favor.
