• You can skip the spot where you don't go (In this case, we do not refund any fees) or change it to another place.

• Please confirm that you are able to ride an electric bicycle. All luggage must be small enough to fit in a backpack or the front basket of the bicycle.
• Suitcases and large bags are not allowed, as it is not possible to carry them to the hotel by bicycle.
• If you are unable to ride a bicycle, you may join the tour using bus transportation instead. However, please note that all participants must use the same mode of transportation — we cannot offer both bicycle and bus options simultaneously.
• Also, please be aware that the bus follows a fixed route and cannot loop around the island like a bicycle can, which may result in longer travel times.
• Transportation in Naoshima might be bus if the rental bicycle is unreservable during crowded periods such as triennale. At that time, you can get a full refund when you cancel this tour.
