Scatter Lounge: Premium Head Spa & Skincare Experience in Gangnam

Review from Will, the husband. I totally get why my wife goes to spa treatments now. great place to relax and snooze away and I love how silky my hair feels. its not been this clean since I was born. I also thought it was great they just let m relax whilst my wife had extra time on her booking. 10/10 would do again.

The atmosphere was so clean and bougie. the main guy spoke great English and the attendants did a very good job of it too, enough to understand and get by. We did have to wait a little bit due to the previous booking adding extras and taking time however, we were offered an additional service free of charge which was so accommodating. the only downfall was my husband didn’t get his after pic as he was snoozing away from how relaxing the treatment was and he only mentioned it halfway back to the hotel. But the results do speak for themselves and I will tell everyone to do this experience at least once. however I can’t wait to do it again! we are very happy with the end result and are telling our friends to add it to their bucket list of South Korea! thank you Scatter Lounge.

I visited both Eco Jardin Myeongdong and Scatter Lounge, and while both were enjoyable, I will return to Scatter Lounge. The ambience was much more spa like than “assembly line.” EJ seemed more about getting good Instagram shots and SL more about providing a serene, soothing experience. Photos are discouraged. I also learned more about my scalp and how to care for it from Scatter Lounge. English conversations are held via Google Translate and an interpreter, but the staff were wonderful and patient.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and my parents and I fully enjoyed the value for money pampering. The staff were not fully conversant in English but it was functional enough and their meticulous service standards made up for it.

The girls were great. They had a plumbing issue with lots of noise when i was there but they were very accommodating. They took me in a bit early and it was a great experience.

The service they provided was well. The facility was very clean. In the room they play relaxing music and you sit lay down on a bed that gives you a massage. I really enjoyed my service however it seemed that maybe the place wasn’t as organized. The workers kept leaving the room to do other things, we didn’t start on time, and other workers were coming into the room to talk to the massage therapist. Other than this, I think the experience was very good, the facial helped clear my skin.

I was very satisfied with their reliable technical skills and comfortable, clean facilities. I purchased hairspray and ampoules containing stem cells for aftercare following the procedure. I'm grateful because I can't visit frequently since I'm coming from Japan.

Enjoy a private and luxurious scalp care experience in Seoul's Gangnam district. English translation is available during the consultation, and the estheticians have a basic understanding of Chinese. I upgraded my treatment to include microneedling and scalp essence infusion, and the results were quite good. I'll definitely be back!

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience for me and my mum at the hair salon! I have never had so much attention paid to my scalp and hair prior to this! :)
