I paid with Klook, booked via WhatsApp, and then visited. They provided large and small towels, clothing, and amenities like shampoo were well-stocked. Water, various teas, and snacks like bananas were available for free. The sauna, shower area, and cold bath were conveniently located close to each other, which was great. The space itself is a bit small, but it seemed well-maintained, and I visited when there weren't many people, so I used it without any hassle. Haha, be careful as the floor can be slippery if there's water.
The facilities are decent and clean, but they seem too small. The problem is that only one team can use them at a time. The water temperature is around 5 to 8 degrees Celsius, which is manageable. It would be nice to have a hot tub to warm up in. Also, the sauna having a window seems a bit odd.
This sauna is very unique for Saigon! If I wanted to have a hot tub or other amentities I would go to a jjimjilbang... I come here because the dry sauna is the best in SGN and so is the cold pool! Such a nice experience!
The attendant was absolutely lovely and did her best to ameliorate a bad situation. This sauna is TOO small and only one group should be booked in at a time. There is no relaxing or quiet space. I do not recommend this sauna at all. It is uncomfortable, loud and the opposite of relaxing.
