Booking Convenience with Klook: Very convenient Price: Reasonable Experience: The weather was great, the photos turned out beautifully, and it was well worth the visit!
Very nice and well-organized visit with the audio guide. The weather was magnificent! It's a shame that we couldn't take pictures inside the castle.
The official ticketing website showed that reservations were fully booked, but I found that Klook had availability. The booking and departure dates were very close, and I was warned that my reservation might be canceled due to lack of availability. The date for issuing the voucher kept showing as "processing," so I wasn't very optimistic. However, I successfully received the ticket voucher two days before departure. Booking through Klook was very convenient and allowed me to make the trip.
We purchased tickets on Klook for 9:40 AM, but we arrived late. Luckily, we were able to take a horse-drawn carriage up to Neuschwanstein Castle and the ticketing staff allowed us to reschedule our entry time so we could still go inside. Thankfully, we didn't have to buy tickets again! For anyone planning to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, please pay close attention to your scheduled entry time.
Absolutely terrible == I don't understand why you can't choose the entry time. What's the deal with the system directly booking 9:40? At least give the person booking some options, right? Using this system to book is no better than booking myself. There's no special assistance for the person making the booking anyway. Strongly don't recommend it ^^
