• The tour runs continuously from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a new departure every hour.
• Female Ao Dai riders must be requested at least 6 hours in advance; for requests made within 6 hours or on crowded days, riders will be randomly assigned (male or female).
• Please select a departure time at least 1 hour and 30 minutes after your booking time. If you book last-minute or outside of our working hours, our tour guide will proactively contact you to arrange a suitable pick-up time.
• The tour leader is usually male, as male riders provide safer and more stable motorbike handling, especially during peak traffic hours, the high travel season, and the rainy months.

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• Free pickup in districts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 10
• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app between 20:00 and 21:00 one day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• The driver will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

Meet-up information

• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app between 20:00 and 21:00 one day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
