I participated in a day trip from Sapporo to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya. From quickly creating a group chat after placing the order to sending location information and contacting individuals, to taking photos for tourists and having cash on hand throughout the entire trip, the overall experience was excellent. The itinerary was well-organized and compact, allowing us to experience the diverse pleasures of nature, culture, and leisure in one day. The most impressive sight on this trip was undoubtedly Noboribetsu Hell Valley. The moment I stepped into the valley, I was awestruck by a primal force. In the huge volcanic crater remains, the pale, jagged rocks intertwined with the exposed reddish-brown surface, resembling the wounds of the earth. Dozens of vents continuously spewed out scorching white steam, accompanied by a strong smell of sulfur, as if the earth was still breathing deeply. Walking along the trails, boiling turquoise hot spring pools and bubbling mud spouts were everywhere, forming a spectacular scene of ice and fire under the cover of winter snow. Overlooking from the observation deck, the entire valley was shrouded in mist, solemn and magnificent, making people truly feel the originality and grandeur of the earth's vitality. Another unforgettable highlight was snowmobile riding. The price was transparent (15,000 yen for a single rider, 20,000 yen for two riders), and the thrill of racing across the snowfield made my adrenaline soar. Our family of three each rode a snowmobile and enjoyed the ride in the snowfield. Thanks to our guide, Xiao Yan, who had prepared enough cash for us in advance, we were spared the trouble of exchanging currency on the spot. Although it snowed that day, it made the riding experience even more flavorful. All of this perfect experience was inseparable from the professionalism and dedication of guide Xiao Yan and his team (team list in the picture). 1. This day trip was excellent value! The sulfur landscape of Hell Valley was stunning, seeing the bears up close at Showa Shinzan Bear Park was incredibly cute, and the lake view at Lake Toya was so therapeutic. The itinerary was well-planned, and I'm very satisfied!

The meeting point was easy to find, and our guide, Xiao Yan, was very friendly, with excellent service and demeanor. Her English and Chinese explanations were both very fluent. She shared stories about the attractions and many important notes, and even helped us take photos. We are very grateful. The whole trip was also relaxed and not rushed, with plenty of time to ride the ropeway at Showa Shinzan, or enjoy a day-trip hot spring bath overlooking Mount Yotei at Lake Toya. It is highly recommended to visit multiple attractions in one day.

The tour starts and ends in Sapporo. This group only had 14 people, the tour guide's explanations were very clear, and everyone was punctual at each attraction. The time allocated to each attraction was very reasonable, with plenty of time to explore. Upon arriving at Lake Toya, the tour guide thoughtfully introduced us to the available activities. I highly recommend this day trip~

This Noboribetsu day trip guide service was exceptionally good. They were very familiar with the history and culture, proactively and patiently introducing it to us, and answering questions carefully. A big thumbs up! Having such a guide makes the journey more interesting. The entire itinerary was also very well-organized, worry-free throughout, and a very wonderful memory. Everyone can choose with confidence~

Guide Chen Ling was very helpful. She answered all our questions with clear explanations. All the recommendations and advice she gave were very useful and informative. She helped us to arrange with the host of our last stop for a taxi so that we can get to our hotel in Lake Toya.

I love this tour because if is a small group. tour guide Yen was always on time but not like other guides who is loud or rushes everyone. fortunately everyone in the group was punctual. the time alloted for each place was sufficient. She translated in both Mandarin and English and she was very helpful with all of us.

The itinerary was great and overall the timing was very punctual. There was enough time at each attraction. Unfortunately, it snowed a lot in the middle so you couldn't see much from the observation deck. The hotel pick-up cost a bit extra, but it was comfortable 😂
