Q. Is it possible to customize the routes?
A. Since this is a premium chauffeured car rental service, the itinerary is entirely up to your customization. You can choose the attractions and destinations you wish to visit in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, etc. A consultant will contact you 1-2days prior to your travel date to discuss your itinerary with you.
Q. How long will I stay at each attratcion?
A. The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted based on your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure sufficient time for visiting. Note that admission tickets are not included and need to be purchased separately.
Q. Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
A. You can be picked up and dropped off at any location within Seoul city.
Q. How much is the surcharges for extra distance? (10-Hour Seoul Suburbs Tour)
Travel must remain within a 200km radius of Seoul. Surcharges will apply for extra distances, and details will be provided when a consultant contacts you to discuss your itinerary.

Our driver was very kind and punctual. Even though his English wasn’t very fluent, we had no trouble communicating by using a translation app — he was patient and understanding the whole time. He helped us with everything we needed and drove carefully with great knowledge of the route. The van was large, clean, and very comfortable for our group. We really appreciated his effort and kindness throughout the trip. It was a smooth and pleasant experience — I’d definitely recommend this service!
The driver was so nice, patient, and our ten hour ride was comfortable. We had a group of 8 (4 kids and 4 adults) with many luggages. There were plenty of space and the car was clean. I was able to take naps in between our transfer. We booked this twice during our Korea trip. Will definitely book it again next time!
awesome experience - driver waited with a big sign at Gimpo and super easy walk to parking garage where we loaded our bags. we are 4 people and had 5 full size, 1 med, and 3 carry on rollers. we fit everything in a 6 pax Starion van. driver was nice old gentleman that got us to hotel promptly.
driver text in advance the pick up arrangement n the journey into city was smooth. strongly recommended if you are in a group with lots of luggages. just slightly more expensive than airport limo for total cost but the comfort is value for money

The car was in good condition, clean and comfortable. The Driver speaks little English. I was hoping the driver could have more knowledge about Gangwon-do, but he doesn't. I understand we chose a car rental with a driver; I would recommend hiring a tour guide or joining a tour if you would like to understand the history and story of the places you visit.
