La Spa in Grandworld, North Phu Quoc

I have to say this is one of the best massage parlors in Phu Quoc. They are meticulous in every aspect, with private and quiet rooms, and an elevator for easy access. From the reception area to the massage rooms, everything is clean. After the massage, I saw the staff cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfecting, which I was very pleased with. I'm prone to allergies if I share towels with others, but after my visit, I didn't experience any problems, proving how clean and skilled they are. I was very satisfied. After the massage, I was even introduced to their chain restaurant. It's truly well-run; the food was delicious, and they took excellent care of me with both the massage and the dining experience.

Awesome and super cost-effective! You can purchase and use it immediately after booking. The shop will contact you via WhatsApp right away, and they offer free pick-up and drop-off within 15 kilometers. You can even choose the pressure level. After the spa treatment, they provide drinks, Vietnamese sandwiches, and mango 🥭 fruit. They even give you cookies and a Vietnamese scarf as souvenirs – incredibly thoughtful.

The response was very quick. Immediately after booking on the system, I received a message inquiring about arranging transportation. The location is also excellent, right next to Grand World Phu Quoc, making it very convenient for shopping nearby. The environment is clean and comfortable, the masseuses are very gentle, and the service attitude of each staff member is excellent. After the massage, they offered fruit, French bread, refreshments, and a small gift, which was very thoughtful.

Service: This is the first time I've wanted to leave a comment on Klook. First of all, I must praise the shop for being super responsible. I placed the order on the same day, and I quickly received a message from them on WhatsApp. Then, because our dinner location was half an hour's drive from the massage location, I messaged them on WhatsApp to say that we would be late. When I asked them where the nearest Grab drop-off point was, I immediately received a reply. They even asked if we needed a ride (because it was raining at the time). I was just about to tell them where we were when I realized that they had already arranged for a driver to wait for us. It's really hard to find the shop's location inside the "Great World." After arriving, the shop staff rushed barefoot to the car to help us open the door. Once inside, the staff immediately gave us tissues to wipe our umbrellas, which were wet – so many thoughtful details. And the massage was very comfortable; so comfortable that I was already done when I woke up. Even though I was 2 kilometers away from the free transfer distance, they were still willing to take us back to the hotel for free. It was already 1 AM at the time, and I was really satisfied with the service of this shop. If it wasn't so late, I would have wanted to add another foot massage. Facilities: The massage shop has an elevator inside, and the massage rooms are private, which other mid-to-high-priced massage shops don't have. After the massage, they gave us fruit, baguette, and a small gift.

The massage techniques are excellent, with both the aromatherapy massage and hot stone massage hitting the spot. The nail and manicure/pedicure courses are also great; I came for two consecutive days. The service is exceptional, offering hotel pick-up and drop-off. On the second day, I asked them to pick me up directly from the amusement park, and their response was very quick. A fantastic place! 👍👍👍

5 stars without a doubt! I had such an amazing massage experience here. My therapists Linda and Dylan are absolutely professional and skilled. They perfectly found all my tense muscle knots, adjusted the pressure exactly to my preference, and fully relieved my body soreness after a long week. The overall environment is clean, quiet and cozy, the atmosphere is super relaxing. The whole service staff are warm, thoughtful and attentive from check-in to the end of my session. What’s more surprising is the complimentary meals—there’s a great variety of delicious food, plenty of portions to fill you up fully. 100% worth coming back, I will definitely book Linda or Dylan again for my next visit! Highly recommend to everyone looking for a great massage.

Definately a 5-star value for money. Therapist was experienced, good strength control, hitting the right pain points and friendly. The mango they served after massage was sweet and good. Store is convieniently located next to the Grand World. I used Whatsapp to contact them to ensure my desired timeslot is available before making the booking on klook.

The atmosphere was calm, clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed. We had 90 minutes massage and hairwash. Our therapist was skilled and intuitive, applying just the right amount of pressure and paying close attention to areas that needed extra care. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatment while visiting the island.

After finalizing our itinerary last night, I wanted to enjoy a spa near the Great World area before changing hotels the next day. I saw many positive reviews for La Spa on Klook, which also offered nearby pick-up service. So, I whatsapped the shop late at night to inquire, and they replied immediately. I immediately purchased it on Klook. La Spa has a large and clean space, and the staff service is polite. The massage therapist's technique was excellent, and we even added 30 minutes. After the massage, we were treated to mango baguette. Finally, we could add the fare difference for a pick-up to go to another hotel to continue our journey.

The team will contact you straight away after you book via Klook. We were staying closeby and they arranged a pick up and drop off service for us. I enjoyed my massage and really liked the food and mango afterwards.
