Tour was booked and confirmed. When I arrived, there was a sign that said that the tour was canceled on Easter. I wasted an hour of my time getting there and back. then I had to spend another 45 minutes trying to reach somebody on Klook. even though I paid for the extra insurance, Klook only gave me a partial refund. very unsatisfied with both the tour operator and Klook.
