Beijing Badaling Great Wall + Summer Palace/Old Summer Palace/Bird's Nest 1-Day Tour

Many thanks to our tour guide, Mr. Zhou, whose professionalism, enthusiasm, and proactive service attitude allowed our family to visit all the attractions smoothly! We had a very pleasant and unforgettable time. We visited the Great Wall, Summer Palace, Old Summer Palace, and Bird's Nest, starting at 7:00 AM and finishing at 7:30 PM. It was a very fulfilling itinerary! Since we were traveling with three children, climbing the Great Wall in the morning was quite strenuous. Then, visiting the two large parks in the afternoon was also very tiring. We are so grateful for Mr. Zhou's care throughout the day. He would stop and wait for us when our children walked slowly, and he proactively took us to the lunch restaurant, even checking if we enjoyed our food. He was very thoughtful! Your company's tour guide is very professional and attentive, leaving our family of five with very happy and unforgettable memories. We look forward to joining another tour next time! 🤗❤️

This whole day trip is highly recommended. Tour guide, Winnie, was very caring and explained well in each visit point. Only required to add-on cable car fee during Great Wall; otherwise, no other purchase had to make.

The meeting point was easily located. Highly recommended to take train as toilet was located inside ticket gantry before exiting. Great scenery once reach the badaling Great Wall. There are also a few food stalls nearby if you are hungry.

It was a tour for Chinese people, but the guide was able to accommodate us in English, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. The bus transportation was comfortable, and we were able to get around safely. Also, the cable car, lunch buffet, and Chinese show cost extra. I chose the cable car and the Chinese show, which cost a little over 4000 yen combined. I recently took the Klook tour of the Great Wall of Badaling, the Summer Palace, and the Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan) in Beijing, and the overall experience was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to fully experience the history and culture of Beijing. From the magnificent Great Wall of Badaling to the beautiful Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace, each scenic spot made me deeply feel the wonder of ancient Chinese architecture and gardens. I would especially like to commend our tour guide, Zhou Aimin. He was not only knowledgeable, giving detailed explanations of the historical background of each attraction, but also very attentive to our needs. Along the way, he not only took us to take photos, but also frequently reminded us to pay attention to safety and rest, making our journey more relaxed and enjoyable. Tour guide Zhou's enthusiasm and professionalism really added depth and value to this trip. In short, this is a very worthwhile tour to participate in, whether for history buffs or travelers who want to understand Beijing in depth, it is an experience not to be missed. Before departure, the tour guide was very considerate, contacting me the night before to inform me of the meeting point and precautions in detail. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and the driver's skills were also very steady. The itinerary was very reasonable. After arriving at the Badaling Great Wall, the tour guide controlled the time very well, giving us enough free time to explore the Great Wall without feeling rushed. Moreover, the tour guide was super enthusiastic, explaining a lot of the Great Wall's historical allusions along the way, which gave me a deeper understanding of this world wonder. The process of climbing the Great Wall was so shocking! From the ancient and heavy bricks under your feet to the magnificent figure winding through the mountains in the distance, every sight is a visual feast. I chose to hike, although it was a bit tiring, but every time I climbed a beacon tower, the scenery I saw made me feel that all the hard work was worth it. On the way back, sitting in the car, recalling the experience of the day, I felt very fulfilled. This one-day tour of the Badaling Great Wall not only saw the beautiful scenery but also felt the great history and culture of the Chinese nation. I really strongly recommend everyone to choose this itinerary!

excellent combo trip to save money and time: Badailing + Summer Palace. worth to pay extra money for Cable Car at Badailing also Boat at Summer Palace . Very excellent guide Mr.Zhao to guide us during the trip.

I really enjoyed how well maintained this wall is compared to the others I have been to. There are still some steep areas of slopes and stairs, but there are rails. I actually missed the morning tour as I was late, but the tour compqny arranged for me to go in the evening. They were very kind and im very grateful :) This worked out well as the Great Wall was lit beautifully at night. I also watched a multi showcase show for 40mins.

The guide was really kind from beginning to end. Thanks to them, I watched a wonderful performance that they recommended, and it was more satisfying than I expected. I was worried because the tour was conducted in Chinese and English, but I recommend it for its cost-effectiveness as a trip near Beijing. And the Great Wall was literally overwhelming. The cable car is overwhelmingly good for transportation, although the price is about 50,000 won, I strongly recommend a round-trip ticket! There is a snack bar near the entrance that comes out right after taking the cable car, which is nice. Overall, it was a really satisfying day :). The guide was incredibly kind and kept in touch with me throughout the whole experience, which made everything feel smooth and reassuring. I also got to watch an amazing show that was recommended here—and it honestly exceeded my expectations! I’d highly recommend this experience to any Korean friends who may be hesitant, as well as international travelers. As for the Great Wall—absolutely stunning and unforgettable. That said, if you’re afraid of heights, be prepared. Taking the cable car is super convenient, so I strongly recommend getting a round-trip cable car ticket. At the top, there are also small shops selling snacks and drinks. Overall, such a great day and a wonderful experience!

导游: Christina; Helpful and clear, and offered the additional option to purchase the two-way cable car ride. She was also able to quickly resolve the situation whereby the cable car on the north side where we originally were supposed to start, was closing down in 30min from when we arrived, in which she quickly led us to the other cable car.
