Phuket Phi Phi, Maya, Bamboo Island Speedboat Tour

First, we went around the photo zone, had lunch, and then went to play in the water. The sand and sea of Maya Bay were so beautiful, and the best place was Bamboo Island. An excellent trip. The pick up from the hotel was on time and well communicated beforehand. I paid for the national park fee beforehand and when we checked in at the pier they knew all about it and no issues. The pier is really good as there are snacks and drinks as well as toilets (bring your own toilet paper). You are called to your boat and off you go. The tour guide was lovely and the crew really good. The tour is packed full of things so very tiring, but well worth it. The time spent on each spot is just right too. Maya beach breathtaking and the others are equally so. Swimming and snorkeling great (equipment provided). There is also drinks available throughout and fruit towards the end. Booked this because Maya Bay was scheduled last than the usual cheaper first on the itinerary tours, but there were still a lot of people everywhere. We were off to a veryyy rainy start but weather calmed down as the day goes. We enjoyed the snorkeling eventhough I dont know how to swim. Lunch was average - had nice free fruits, water during the tour and ice cream at the end. Staff were superb.

there are cheaper options on Klook, but we choce this one because we thought it will be nicer. Now I don’t think so. Most of the trip you just stay in the boat traveling from one place to another. Monkey beach is completely useless in itenirary and just waste of time, you can’t go out of boat because it might be dangerous, and can only see monkeys from the boat if you are lucky. what’s the point to go there at all? Maya Bay was beautiful and it was the only place you can take nice pictures and enjoy the view, all other places were very crowded and nothing like pictures. Food was complete disappointment from the beginning when the guide said the only meet option is chicken (for Muslim and other religious preference) and my husband has chicken allergies, so why don’t give at least two options, like fish or beef? they gave sandwiches and juice when we arrived to pier(with chicken), then when we came to buffet to have lunch only view was nice there, very little selection so we we’re basically hungry and ate something outside. at the end they gave us chicken bbq and offered vegetarian to my husband which he didn’t want. But to be fair staff was amazing and very helpful in this trip, boat #1, Jiji was worried about my husband and always suggested him to have vegetarian options. In conclusion, the trip was very tiring and might be shorter, food should be improved and fair for all customers. Staff is amazing thank you so much guys! The schedule was very tight but we spent most of the time on the speedboat. We stopped at several scenic spots to take pictures, but some people couldn't take good pictures at all. There were so many people that there were not enough seats on the speedboat. Some people sat outside for a long time in the sun, which was too hard. We were asked to swim at several islands. It was really hot and uncomfortable to go snorkeling after lunch. The sea water was turbid and we couldn't see the fish. I was really looking forward to it, but I was quite disappointed. There were tourists everywhere. Maya Bay was beautiful but there were too many people. But it seemed that I would have wasted my trip to Krabi without experiencing it.
