Hurghada Giza Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum Full-Day Tour

For my tour guide Moctar, I wish I could leave higher than 5 stars. He was absolutely wonderful, knowledgable about all the sites and eager to answer any questions I had about Egypt from ancient to modern. He was a subcontractor for the company. I don't know that there's any guarantee you'd be with him. The company was underwhelming. The driver (a different person from the guide) was late to pickup and after paying a high rate initially, they sprung a suprise charge on me for airport pickup. But they kept my bags safe all day and overall I am very happy with my experience. If you are comfortable with less planning, as soon as you step out of the airport in Cairo you'll be swarmed by locals eager to sell you taxi service. You could spend all day with a local this way for probably half of what I paid and they'll take you anywhere you want to go, but it would definitely be less secure and they won't act as guides.
