【About group formation】 Minimum 8 people are required to form a group. If the number is not reached, the trip will be cancelled and you will be notified by email 3 days before departure. 【About extreme weather】 In case of extreme weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the decision on whether to cancel the trip will be made 1 day before departure (20:00 local time) and you will be notified by email. 【About lateness】 Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance. The one-day tour is a carpooling service. If you are late, you will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you give up the trip for personal reasons during the trip, the fee will not be refunded. 【About force majeure】 The estimated time may change due to factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds.
